Temporary staffing

This is our most frequently used service, which provides you, besides cost-efficiency, with the most flexibility and the fastest response to market challenges.

Based on our Partner’s requirements, we can satisfy staffing needs for periods ranging from one month to several years by temporary staffing, meaning the “renting” of employees.

The employees will be on Passion4Work’s payroll, so they will not increase the statistical headcount of the renting company. All the HR and employer administration will be performed for them by Passion4Work. The power of instruction and other employer rights belong to the customer. For example: the determination of working time, the distribution of holidays and training. We suggest using temporary staffing if recruitment is difficult or when flexible headcount management is needed.
